One Account Across the Reward Otter Family
Reward Otter products share a single account system. When you create an account in any Reward Otter product, you are creating one Reward Otter identity that is used across the family:
- Shared identity. Your email address, profile, and authentication credentials are shared across Reward Otter products, so the same account works in each of them.
- Shared subscriptions and entitlements. Paid plans and bundle entitlements are stored centrally against your Reward Otter account. This is what allows a benefit purchased in one product to apply across the family, and it means your subscription status is visible to and shared among Reward Otter products.
- Per-site sign-in. Being signed in to one product does not automatically sign you in to another; you authenticate separately on each domain even though the underlying account is the same.
- Account-level requests. Because one account spans the family, requests such as deletion are handled at the Reward Otter account level and affect all family products.
